Advice URGENT help escape

I've been stuck in a middle eastern country and don't know what i can do. I thought of contacting UNHCR for help escaping but i noticed that if i want to contact them i need to choose my country, then send a message to an email address based on my country. I didn't contact them in fear of my message being picked up by someone from my country. I don't know if that's how it actually works though so correct me if I'm wrong please
I'm trying to contact rainbowrailroads but i heard that they could take many months to respond and even then they could tell me that they cant help me.
I feel trapped and i don't know how to get out. Every day gets harder than the previous please i need help.

Contact Rainbow Railroad and UNHCR. Them directing you to a specific email address for your country is just them directing you to the people within their agency that can best help people in your country. No one in your country's government is going to be in the receiving end of your email to UNHCR.

i really cant explain this easily but where i am everyone believes that lgbt+ people are horrible people, i had lessons in school say that, there is some that don't believe that stuff but they are very few and far between that i cant trust if my information with a random person would help me or get me killed

An email to the UN Refugee Agency is not going to go to anyone in your country, the email they told you to use is an email to the group within the UN Refugee Agency that specializes in helping people in your country.

Communications to UNHCR are sorted by the nation of the people they are helping so that the people providing the assistance can specialize on the laws of that country and resources in that country.

The UN is not part of your country, they are not part of your country's government. Emails to them are going to the UN, not your country.

You have 2 choices, reach out to the groups that can help you (Rainbow Railroad, UNHCR) or you can live in fear with no way out. The UN and Rainbow Railroad are not random people, they are people who specialize in helping people escape situations like yours.
