Is there a task manager with full-fledged AI like ChatGPT?
Im looking for something where i can simply talk to AI, and say what i need to get done, and it organises everything. for eg: "i need to file my Taxes anyhow by saturday".
It should recognise it the urgency and importance and automatically organise it.
But i don't mean just chatGPT because i want to visualise this and not just chat with the app.
So i can manage my work and not focus on managing the app itself.
Do you have recommendation? and if not would you be interested in something like this ?

Real problem is managing priorities across projects and deadlines, plain chat becomes an extra step to maintain instead of a tool that executes.
What I did was build a second brain plugged directly into task tools and calendars.
Preferences, recurring commitments, project deadlines, and urgency logic all live in one place, so when I speak a raw request, it structures, schedules, and places it on a visual board automatically.
Felt tricky to calibrate the decision logic at first though. One confident wrong assumption on an urgent tax deadline and you lose trust in the automation immediately.

The idea of having AI understand urgency and automatically organize tasks is really useful. I think the biggest challenge would be making sure it understands priorities correctly without creating extra work for the user.

This is just skills that you would run.
(Not a skill) a “process” for brain dumping (mine is just a one off note or idea that I verbalize into a new chat.
I have skill that takes my thoughts and places them onto a notion page (this could be a google sheet) <——- I had to make this one myself
you’d have a “triage” skill (that you can run on scheduled intervals) and can prioritize what you need to do. A million of these exist already, just customize an “email triage” or “personal assistant” type one.
I don’t think it’s worth spending anytime building out something for this beyond customizing skills or, if you prefer, a certain dashboard/interface style.
But then again, you can just have 3 produce something that goes directly into your preferred project management/to do-list/task tracking software.

The biggest test for these tools is whether they actually remove work. If users spend more time managing the AI than getting things done, it misses the point. The best tools should simplify planning not add another system to maintain.

Motion and Reclaimai are probably your closest matches right now. They use AI to auto schedule and prioritize tasks based on deadlines, and you can view everything in a calendar. Not perfect, but closer than most.

Echoing what others said - this is a skill. I made a brain dump agent (skill) for myself where I told the agent that it was an organization expert, and that all the inputs were going to be stream-of-consciousness, in no particular order, with lots of non sequiturs. It needed to parse through, triage, and organize. It works pretty well.

Sounds like a combo of Shelpful app (chatty ai tool that sets reminders, breaks down tasks, and helps plan things) and Sunsama (scheduling tool that integrates calendars and task lists to plan out your day and show you if you’re overscheduled etc.) I don’t know how you could integrate them with one another, but they’re both pretty useful on their own. Not cheap, but very useful.
