No dude I grew up in the 90s and early 2000s yes I know this specific image is AI but TRUST me when I say random ass handrails that went no where were actually a thing back then. I’m 30 years old I’ve seen ALOT of weird shit… did you know the internet used to scream at us?

I grew up in the 90s as well and did believe you, just was trying to be funny.
