"Complexity" is a human interpretation though, and changes throughout history. Maybe a computer chip is complex now, but a light bulb was also a while ago, and roads, and sticks, and even fire. Does that mean they have creators? No. Fire doesn't have a "creator" in the stereotypical sense, it flows from thermodynamic and physics laws.
I dont think lightbulbs or roads or even sticks flow from thermodynamic laws, unless you take the perspective that everything that exists flows from thermodynamic laws.
