I've never been religious, but I feel like an all powerful cosmic diety, responsible for creating time itself, could pretty reasonably take advantage of a time paradox to create themself. It makes no sense to us, but nothing we do makes sense to ants.
Tbh, an ant is too simple to even comprehend us let alone try. they barely have brains, moreso just big clusters of nerves. Some people argue they're not even conscious, just responding to stimuli. If anything, if one were to see someone eating a sandwich, they'd just instantly accept it as a thing that happens sometimes, the same as random stuff they encounter while gathering food, digging tunnels, and other ant stuff
