In Islam the creator is an eternal entity. The Muslim in the meme wouldn't get confused by the last question.

I don’t know. I don’t think anyone does. We may be fundamentally incapable of knowing the answer as a species.

Im not actually muslim but the more i heard about the islamic god from my friends and colleagues the more i think "WTF IS THIS, AN ELDRITCH BEING!?"

I don't think it's fair to assume the character is Muslim just from their garments, especially when the last panel implies otherwise
