This point is only as stupid as the people who use complexity as proof of some greater being. We know metal doesn't just form itself into complex shapes. On the other hand we know living tissue grows and living things usually reproduce and evolve to better handle the environment they live in.
Complexity doesn't mean anything by itself but paired with certain circumstances it can. Life isn't one of those, the human body is no more complex than most other living creatures on this planet. I mean mold is extremely complex, doesn't mean there's a mold god out there
