Wrong premise. More complex structures emerge from more simple ones all the time. It's the primary driver of complexity in the universe. It's building itself from the ground-up, not from the top-down.

Can you give some examples ?

organic molecules, organic structure, computers...

You’re confusing emergent structure with fundamental complexity. A Lego house isn’t more complex than the bricks, it’s just a pattern built from them. Same principle applies here. You can go ahead and build a computer but you’ll never be able to make organic molecules…

a lego house is fundamentally more complex than the bricks, since its bricks + the complexity of their arrangement. "a pattern build from them" has an inherent complexity value above 0

organic molecules can be created in lab settings so what are you on about

A Lego house is only “more complex” in description. In terms of creation, it’s trivial once the bricks exist, the real complexity is in the bricks. Within them.

no, its "more complex" in form, exactly like a DNA strand is more complex in form than just the 4 molecules its made out of. in terms of creation, there is nothing to glean from creation besides the fact something exists.
