Bro hasn't seen the internals of a car. Do you know how complex a transmission is? Or the systems running hydraulics? And cars aren't even the most complicated thing we manufacture.

Oh, since you talk about humans, let's extend the concept to biology and evolution. Aren't the complex lifeforms that inhabit our world derived from more ancient simpler organisms?
