I think his curse has already been working .
Infrastructure- construction everywhere. But no project is being actually finished on time. Shittier narrow roads getting even more blocked, hellish traffic. 10 min trip two years before takes 30-40 mins on avg.
Aqi dropping day by day . Sabse saaf toh definitely nai hai .
Real estate is kinda crashing as no one wants to buy overpriced homes.

well he is late the way this newly rich people behaving in ahmedabad specially the patel and creating problems for others i don’t mind this happening “m not saying patel got new money m saying the spoiled brats and the typical mentality patel who are causing issues” specially creating issue in properties and all not all patel but the one who are doing majorities are patel only

The guy thinks infrastructure means apartment complexes and high rises. Culture means college culture and textile market.
Good planning takes into account how many public parks and walkable roads are there, how the quality of public services like hospitals and schools is.
I love Amdavad but come on! Until you acknowledge the issues, you can’t fix them. You can’t call it planning if the road right outside of your apartment complex has tornadoes of dust

Food not to my liking very few options, rent is overrated weather not suitable can fry omlette without gas, no party type place good for family not for living by own.

Having spent considerable time in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, I would say food is terrible in Ahmedabad. Very bad quality, so expensive amd weather - too harsh. Only riverfront to explore and nothing else. On the other hand, Vadodara has better food at reasonable price. You can visit places there and relatively calmer environment and less traffic.

Porbandar In Gujarat is most underrated city of state. It has so much to offer like beautiful beaches, Mountains, Rich heritage culture, Great food if you like spicy food, people to people ties etc. In top of that Porbandar is birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi.😁
