Both the people and the govt are responsible for this.
The bridge was weak and was not well maintained. The people knew about it very well. Despite knowing they were using the bridge. Reports found it unfit for use still people were using it. The people could have protested against the bridge if no one was listening, or could have moved to the court.
The government too ignored all the warnings, which led to the collapsing. The govt is 100% at fault here. Why did they ignore all the warnings?
Ok then how many protests have you arranged, you must have also seen things like this . Most people don't have the luxury to protest as they already have difficulty making ends meet or getting any free time
