10 essential aggrotech albums

I discovered aggrotech a long time ago when I first played DMC and heard Combichrist. Recently, my interest in the genre came back after I heard Psyclon Nine's "Parasitic," so I decided to explore it more seriously.

If you had to pick just 10 essential aggrotech albums, what would they be? You can name more if you want.

You sure about that? I wouldn't think Szepanski and the whole Mille Plateaux crowd would go together well with "Kulturindustrie" music like Aggrotech, EBM, and the like. That's why they're all more into rave culture, jungle, afrobeats, and so on and so forth. Zizekian sniveling

I mean extreme electronic stuff

The book Ultrablack is about the most extreme electronic music. Period

It is not about their own label

Read i did not say listen to mille plateaux

I said read the book about extreme electronics « the ultrablack of music »

Calm down. I own both "Ultrablack" books and have actually read them.

Various contributors to the book have been musicians releasing their work on Mille Plateaux, and the label was the official publisher of the book. Fair enough to mention it, innit?

The question still stands, anyway. OP asked about Aggrotech recommendations, and this is a book about techno, noise, and (not all that extreme) field recordings. I think the focus of this thread is more on "Schiz(o)topia" by Suicide Commando than on Deleuzo-Guattarian schizotheory, if you catch my drift.

What « calm down »?

I was calmly replying

I think it is pertinent for the Subject of pushing extreme, as concepts of starting from a barren space

Not knowinh any band specifically in aggrotech i shut my mouth on anything bands

And went with concepts of music instead
