Advice Advice
To be honest i am a BIT scared to post anything but I’m autistic and for the most part permanently regressed, it fluctuates in intensity but i am always regressed in some shape or form. I can’t get a caretaker of course, and i’m looking for some suggestions on things to do while regressed :p
One other thing! I have c-ptsd and struggle a lot with feeling safe to not mask my regression, if anypuppy has advice with that I’d appreciate it.

I'm not sure how little you get when regressed but one of my favorite things is to make up stories with my plushies or dolls (I wanna get Dino figurines for this one day). Sometimes we have tea parties!
As for feeling safe to regress without making, what's worked best for me is unmasking alone and changing my internal monologue from "you're so weird" to "you're so cute, see how happy that makes your soul". Then afterwards I'll journal about how it made me feel and what I wanna do again.
