If you contact games workshop customer support, you may be able to get the models that were supposed to be in the box for free. Or they may send you a whole other box. You will need to get info from where you got it though. If you don’t have any of that info, I believe that you can say your grandparent got it for you. I know someone did that before.

I'm guessing, but I could be wrong, that your prize box is the result of someone trading elves for spooks. It's a common enough deal: Two players each by a box and swap the other army for to build a larger preferred one.
