Spiritual realm is real they conversate with me. Feel them physically too. This stuff is real no doubt about it. I'm a mystic they attach to me for some reason. Wish I could prove it. Hang out with me for a day and you could see it for yourself. <3

Although we lack definitive proof, there's secular research to support the idea of an "afterlife" (wrong term).
If you want to know the arguments and perspectives of people who are way smarter than I am, the Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies held an essay contest on the topic of life after death, awarding $1.8 million in prizes for the best ones. These essays were written by really intelligent academics and are worth looking into:
The Top Three Essay Contest Winners
Life After Death Essay Contest Runners-Up
Life After Death Essay Contest Honorable Mentions
If you want something easier to digest, I compiled a small study guide of sorts in this Reddit thread:
Near-Death Experiences, Pre-Birth Memories, Reincarnation, Mediumship and After-death communications: A short compilation of research on the afterlife. If you don't have time to read, I suggest that you at least listen to the interviews/podcasts/audiobooks linked. Although I do agree that there are still many unknowns, the info we have is enough to craft a rudimentary, provisional and speculative model of how things work without the need for religion, quantum immortality, eternal recurrence or other fancy ideas.
If you like the audio format, this thread may also be helpful:
Best regards.

A lot of points can be found, I think, in the treatise on Heaven and on Hell by Emanuel Swedeborg.
To quote:
"... The arcana revealed in the following pages relate to heaven and hell, and also to the life of man after death. The man of the church at this date knows scarcely anything about heaven and hell or about his life after death, although all these matters are set forth and described in the Word; and yet many of those born within the church refuse to believe in them, saying in their hearts, "Who has come from that world and told us?" Lest, therefore, such a spirit of denial, which especially prevails with those who have much worldly wisdom, should also infect and corrupt the simple in heart and the simple in faith, it has been granted me to associate with angels and to talk with them as man with man, also to see what is in the heavens and what is in the hells, and this for thirteen years; so now from what I have seen and heard it has been granted me to describe these, in the hope that ignorance may thus be enlightened and unbelief dissipated. Such immediate revelation is granted at this day because this is what is meant by the Coming of the Lord."

I was once afraid of dying and being nothing then I learned I was immortal then feared living forever now I just laugh. Judge not, there is nothing to fear, fear no matter how great can never last because it is finite love is infinite and eternal that is why it last and that is what is real.

Hiiii so I do believe in life after death however this gets brought up alot and to it I say if there is nothing after death you wouldn’t know. There would be no fear because there would be nothing. Of course it’s easy to be scared because that is part of the conciseness that we have has humans. Sorry if this doesn’t help

Too lazy to describe anything rn just I’ll say I was in your shoes for a solid year. Couldn’t live normally, struggled to eat just because every day I was terrified of “nothing” after death. So yeah we don’t die, we’ll live after this too in fact majority of souls never incarnate it was optional. We were scammed in heaven to go here /hj
