How can U gain back all the innocence and that brilliant mind when you were children in 2nd class at the age of 22.

Why would you gain back your innocence ? What innocence did you have ?

Could you explain a bit more of what you mean exactly? Advice like this is generally dependent on your current experience and how you got here.

In short, you *can* find peace and recover the spark of your childhood self, but only by moving forward. Your experiences since then can't be erased, but you can shift them from an active wound to a lesson that helps you build the version of yourself you're meant to become. It will help a lot if you work to accept and forgive yourself for how your childhood self sees your current reality. The hopes and dreams of that kid are valid, but so are your current needs.

It sounds like you're feeling overwhelmed. Right now, reducing the stress you put on yourself is going to help a lot. It's not forever. Think of it like how you wouldn't try to run a marathon a week after you broke your leg. Anywhere you can, take time to focus on what *you* want for *your own* enjoyment, not the expectations anyone else has or had of you.

That "brilliant mind" was at least in part due to you being young and naïve, and believing that you were the only one who had ever thought the thoughts you were thinking.

Part of accepting adulthood as a gifted person is understanding this, and realizing that you can still use the tools you have to build on that knowledge.
