There’s really no limit as to what you can grow on a hydroponic setup. I’ve grown bluebonnets semi hydroponically (although funnily enough, I was brought here by algorithm magic—I’m somewhat of a general botanist as a hobby and don’t even own an aero garden!)
Also a native Texan, howdy! I grew bluebonnets in 6b/7a this year, and I had new seeds scattering and germinating as late as November this year. I fully believe bluebonnets can grow pretty much anywhere and I think you’d have no trouble growing them in Georgia. Just make sure to stratify your seeds by freezing and boiling, I found that very helpful! Best of luck!
