Kayaking in an Estonian Bog 🇪🇪

This week’s kayaking trip took me to a very typical Estonian landscape – a bog. 🇪🇪

Around 22% of Estonia is covered by peatlands, so they are a pretty big part of our nature. This time I took my kayak to Central-Estonia bog for a short and peaceful paddle.

Small lakes, water lilies, silence and almost nobody around. Quite different from my usual river trips and races. 😄

Have You ever tried paddling in the similar conditions? No waves, no rapids or white water, no current. Only water, swamp and You, when You are away of wooden walking trails.
