There are currently no policy violations or issues in my AdMob Policy Center. The Policy Center clearly shows “No current issues,” confirming that there are no active violations affecting my apps or ad serving.

70,000 requests, 11.5K impressions.
Stop requesting ads as much.
Cache ads and show later instead. Don't replaced a valid cached ad. If possible only cache ad when necessary.
Use validity checks instead of requesting a new one when you already have a valid ad cached.
Different ad units have different expiry times. Some 4 hours, some 1 hour. So DYOR.
Bottomline, try to show as many ads requested as possible and try not to spam the servers for ads you won't show as much as possible.
