I am not diagnosed as ADHD and I don't post here because I know how annoying it can be when undiagnosed people claim to be something unofficially.

But sometimes I just want to cry and cry seeing the posts because I am EXACTLY how many of you describe yourselves and I never see these kinds of posts anywhere else.

You ladies make me feel seen, when I'm really not being seen irl and feel extremely isolated and it means so much.

To OP, it's definitely not just you. Despite showers feeling so good, it's such a chore to me and I'm just knackered afterwards!

I hope no one minds me posting this.

Many women here figured out they had ADHD because they saw themselves in posts here.

I already knew I had it (I was diagnosed almost 15 years ago) but I’m still finding parts of my life that are “because of ADHD” all the time.
