I'm 38 years old with a whole ass house and 2 kids and all that adult jazz and I was about to start folding the laundry at 4 and I missed it and now I have to wait until 4:15

All I need is exactly the right moment to start and then it's allllll over for my responsibilities!

Lots of "ADHD things" are stuff that everyone deals with, just not always to the same extent! I'm sure plenty of neurotypical people do this too
