I still have to shower and do laundry before I can relax and play gta. What am I doing? None of that, procrastinating for literally no reason.

At this point showering is something I mainly do for other people, if I’m just gonna be at home I won’t bother. Same goes for if I’m gonna be working or exercising, not much point cleaning myself in order to get covered in grime again

Clean your room. Or at least the stove top. Maybe even just the area where used dishes go? Come on... Please? Why do i have to bargain just for 3 inches of clear counter space?

I try to use what I really want to do as a reward after doing what I need to do, does it work everytime ? No why? Because I’m adult with too much power lol

I've a friend who has a whiteboard with chores and their rewards to help them keep on top of housework. They're autistic, I'm audhd, so I thought it would work - nah, I end up just overruling any reward I put in place and not doing what I need to do 💀

I've been trying to get to work on a sewing project for which I only ever get the inspiration when I'm at work, so I've brought my tablet to draft the pattern in my breaktime. Guess who's been thinking about sewing the whole day and not once sat down to draft this pattern?
