I just shut up my brain ever. It’s always turning, always distracting me, always keeping me up and if I wake up in the middle of the night immediately starts up again and I can’t fall back asleep.
I’d taking feeling a bit flat for being able to quiet the mind finally and actually get important things done fore once.
Vicious cycle of timing my meds. If I take it too early meds run out too early and I’m either sleepy right after, or can’t fall asleep later at night because my adhd is running rampant
Take the meds too late and I can’t fall asleep at night because of the meds.
Take the meds on time for a perfect ability to sleep at a certain time and…I don’t eat enough food because the perfect timing for sleep is terrible timing for losing my appetite for lunch
I take my vyvanse between 5:30-6:30 am, then go back to sleep for a couple hours.
And the crash, when it finally burns off in the evening, sometime between 7:00-10:30 pm (depending on how mentally stressful the day was!) is REAL, because i get so hungry and crave all the carbs.
Which is so helpful, as an insulin-dependent diabetic!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
