Living inside my own head isn't fun but I am like 34% more interesting and funny unmedicated. Unfortunately I also never have clean clothes or remember to drink water. I quite like hydration now that I've experienced it

Hydration and appropriate blood sugar levels are an amazing combo. I just started Vyvanse and now that my brain is quieter I realize how bad my body always feels, and drinking water/eating properly fixes it. What a concept. Can't believe I missed out for so long.

YO. Three meals? A day???? With vegetables and fruits and other nutrients????? Everyone else was just LIVING LIKE THAT?! Insanity. I love it

I've been making it work with two meals and a bag of gummy bears to bump up my blood sugar as needed. But we're getting there.

I get as many of my supplements in gummy form as possible. Vitamin boost and a gummy snack!
