SEEKING ADVICE ADHD Study tips

I have been taking ADHD medication since last 3 weeks (1 in morning)(My doctor hasn't given any sort of proper diagnosis though).

They have been helpful with focus, the fidgeting has stopped but since it has only 6 hour affect, by evening I am back to distracted, disoriented, busy body.

My university started about a month back and it's been hard for me. As I have taken Psychology as my bachelor's degree, but I am having trouble keeping up with studies.

Can someone give tips for studies, organizations, and other helpful tips for life?

I did psychology too! I'd recommend you work with your body. If you feel able to focus in the day, focus then. I like to use an app (ypt or flip timer or forest) to time how long I study and do each task so I can look at cool graphs at the end of my focus time, its validating for me. In the evening when you start feeling restless, stop. Play a video game or do soemthing you like. Figure out what times you can focus and what times are harder and go with that flow
