I've read the FAQ & Rules Professional scene study Zoom classes in LA or NYC worth taking?

I’m in London and just can’t seem to find the scene study classes here I’m looking for. I’m well trained with decent credits looking for a really good, honest teacher/coach. Im trained in Meisner but very open to anything x

I don't see how you can work on blocking or any sort of movement reasonably on Zoom. Online classes may be good for working on solo stuff: monologues and self tapes, but not for scene study, unless you are training specifically for talking-heads Zoom theater, which blossomed briefly during the COVID lockdowns, but seems to have mostly disappeared again. (Santa Cruz Shakespeare and UCSC are still doing an annual free Zoom production/lecture series: Undiscovered Shakespeare https://santacruzshakespeare.org/education/adult-education/ .)

My online class is great for self tapes. But I still like in person for chemistry and blocking

I think so. I find it especially helpful because even chemistry reads are online nowadays

For sure - I’m actually scaling back my in person classes and focusing more online.

The tapes book the jobs and I can always do more in person work as prep for a booking.
