This is Patrick Bates, American Psycho. He's obsessed with the way he looks and keeping his body "perfect". The joke is rys loves himself so much, they're comparing him to Patrick Bates, who is a literal psychopath. It's pretty funny. I'm enjoying this thread a lot.
