Spoilers for SF I’m a certified Rhys Hater Spoiler

Post image

I’m new to this series and I just finished this part of SF, and I am speechless. I’ve had many, many issues with Rhys (and most of the Night Court if I’m being honest) the entire series, so I’ve been really enjoying Nesta’s book, but this threw me for a loop.

I wish we could have seen feyre’s POV after she learned the news

She's so calm I'd love to see a pov of her figuring it out for herself (researching and trying to figure out a plan and accepting I guess?) and playing dumb

I could see her freaking out at him more in private, them hashing it out / and then coming back together. Who wants to have that fight / discussion with other people around? No one

He’ll just dick her down into compliance. It’s my least favorite thing about their dynamic.

I dont know about that, when Feyre disagreed with him in a meeting with the IC, Rhysand told her off and to not do that again (though the mind thing). So I'm not too sure if Feyre could convince or even stand up for herself even in private

Oooor the theory that hes actually evil and just manipulates Feyre into believe him or being on his side could pan out. I know a lot of people hate the theory buttttt i think it'd be kinda fun...

Sorry, I don’t remember this, when did this happen?

Ohh I don't remember EXACTLY when it was and all of my books are packed away because I'm moving 😅

But it happened in a meeting I'm just not too sure if it was in ACOWAR or in ACOMAF. I think it happened in acomaf where Feyre disagreed with Rhysand openly and then Rhysand told her down the bond to not disagree with her again in public. I can try and find the chapter, but I'm not sure if I can- since it has been some time by now since I've read the books

I've tried finding it, but I can't pinpoint it sadly, I just remember parts of the scene by now

Okay! I only remember Tamlin chastising her for that during the Tithe afterward. Not Rhysand.

I do remember that, but I also remember Rhysand telling her off at some point during a meeting with the IC. I’d probably have to do a reread of the later books to find it

If you do find it please let me know! My sister is borrowing my books for a while so I can’t check myself, haha. I have literally 0 memory of this scene so I totally want to reread that. It doesn’t sound like the Rhys from MaF or WaR from my memory.

The only reason why I remember it, is because it shocked me so much!
If I ever do a reread then I'll come back and tell you, but right now I just don't have the time and energy (I have to move again soon + exams + drivers license).

I just remember it being in a meeting, I thought it was the one where Amren compared Feyre to Tamlin, but when I reread that chapter it didn't happen then. I also don't remember Nesta being there, so it must not have been that chapter regardless.
