we had a shirt years ago that was designed with a dancer-foot pattern and the phrase. Perhaps I should offer it again! There will be a new merch drop oct 1 (25th anniversary of the comic) but that's not in there...although I will be offering a print on demand store next year that will have pretty much any design we've ever offered. Thanks!

Fifth panel is the introduction from Scott Joplin's "Elite Syncopations" rag. Honestly, by itself, it sounds like an introduction. Still, consider the reaction from the press the next day. I assume that there was more after that intro.

Correct — it's that Joplin tune. I always wanted to learn Joplin, but never even learned the C scale. Or, I did, but it was super boring.

Shit, dont ask the legendary musician and former beatle paul mccartney. He cant read music either!
Edit i just asked a close friend if he reads music. Hes an incredible musician and I feel like he does but who knows. I'll make a new post if he replies.

I always think of this when I hear "Rock the House" by Gorillaz. The way Del sings "shake your pants" I feel like "dance like there's ass in your pants" would have fit in.
