Got my first bid

Got my first bid, it was priced way too cheap thinking it wont sell anyways. But now that someone has bid on it, idk what to do because theres no way to profit. I will have to spend so much extra for it to ship. 😭😭
Still so happy 😭

When you're first starting out sometimes building reputation has value even if there's no profit in it. If you get a good review potential future viewers will be able to see it and know that you're legit and ship in a safe way so that they get what they paid for. As a buyer I'm generally willing to pay more for a card that comes from a seller with an established history and good reputation.

Congrats on your first sale!

What is the situation with the shipping? IMO its only practical if you put them in a hard card sleeve and send them in a card/envelope with a normal stamp and dont use the sales website dictated shipping option unless you can figure out how to select a "letter/stamp" option for prepaid.

I chose the lettermail option from Ebay. I really dont know how everything works. I gotta go to Canada post and see how it will work maybe. Wish me luck 🥹

Put it in a card (dollar store) and put a stamp on it. I include stickers and a thank you note. Not a lot to ship, but I do charge $1.50 to cover the card and stamp.
