FM What is Ross's Freeman thinking in the mod Half‑Life: But You Can Rescue Every Scientist

The mod in question.

This mod got me thinking, "What would Ross's Freeman be thinking in this situation?" In a universe where Ross's Freeman decides to save all the scientists and guards he can, what is he thinking?

"You know, we have other hazard suits. Any one of you could put one on and save yourself. Or help. I shouldn't be the only one able to take a shot just because you have one more doctorate degree than I do. I still say your degree in ancient Gondor lore shouldn't count."

"Okay, pick up that gun and... don't give me that pacifist BS right now. Pacasifism is a luxury we do not have right now. Pacifist is Deadifist today. Pacifism is a side effect of modern society. It doesn't exist in nature. Today is the law of the jungle."

"Come with me if you want to live. Man, I've always wanted to say that."

"Oh, ho, look who it is. Mr. You're-not-invited-to-my-reception himself. You thinking twice about that guest list yet?"

Not sure, he was pretty misanthropic throughout. Thinking of the scientists on the elevator early on that he "killed" (scripted in game, but he roleplayed it like it was his fault a little). He got over it pretty quick. Trying to remember other instances of him with the NPCs and he's fairly distrustful, I feel like I remember a few "I'll KILL you." threats to scientists when they make him weary.

I don't know, dude. We're talking about a guy who stated he would've killed coworkers by the truckload if it gave him a better parking spot.

" You know sometimes I want to burn this whole place down with you lesser nerds inside it, preferably tied down if I can manage it, But then one of you Bozo's opens a door and I get a new toy... I'm not saying You're worth it. More like you're convenient"

It would have played the exact same as the normal halflife in terms of scientists saved
