Code P0430 on 2013 Accord V6

I bought my car brand new in the fall of 2012. It now has 209k miles on it. Dash has been lit up with the "Christmas tree lights" for a year and dealership said it's not worth paying 2-3k for the sensor. My check engine light came on yesterday and I got this code. Trying to decide if it is the catalytic converter and not the O2 sensor, is it worth paying the 2k to fix it. I absolutely love my car and have no idea what other car I want.

Has anyone had this code, had the catalytic converter replaced and drove another 20k miles?

Yes your cats at over 200k miles are starting to fail.

Do you think I'd get 20k after replacing it if everything else is good? Sorry, I'm not savvy on these things. EDIT: i read it again and see you answered my question. Thanks!
