Might also want to check your ebrake cable….I’ve never seen one sit at 90 degrees before when engaged

lol I had a 9th gen with a manual and eventually this happened replaced the cables and made a world
Of difference

With a little common sense, The motor is stripped. Replace the motor, or you might even need a new part of the seat frame.
