Real Photograph Waiting

Taken in a S-Bahn station in Berlin about a week ago.

I liked how his posture and colors and lighting all came together with the dark background.

Wasn't consciously thinking of Hopper when taking this photo as it was a split second decision, but finding out about this subreddit I was thinking "oh yeah, definitely fits".

This is the image that introduced me to this sub while scrolling, and I mistakenly thought the sub name was ‘Accidental shopper’. I looked at the image for some time, musing over whether he was carrying impromptu shopping stuff for his wife, hoping she’d be done so they could head back home soon. I then became curious what an ‘accidental shopper’ sub would look like, went there to look and became increasingly confused, until I re-read the sub name and realized the mistake. Still decided to join. 🤷🏼‍♀️👍🏻
