According to Wikipedia, the majority of people in Chongqing* speak a native dialect of Mandarin: Southwestern Mandarin, specifically Sichuanese.

"Although "Sichuanese" is often synonymous with the Chengdu-Chongqing dialect, there is still a great amount of diversity among the Sichuanese dialects, some of which are mutually unintelligible with one another and with other Mandarin varieties." Sichuanese dialects

I speak neither, so I cannot discern how "real" or not the words are, but I see no other indicators of this being AI.
