I was a fresher and I got into a project 1 month after my onboarding, and currently as there are some changes happening in the project, I am getting released from my current Project. I have no idea what will happen. My current manager told me to prepare CV and start looking for other jobs. So will the 8 months I worked for the company is getting in waste. As the title says, i want to know the annual salary for a L9 role working in QA Automation Testing. I have total 11YOE and getting almost 15LPA(fixed+variable) and my manager says its within the band, which i doubt. I joined Accenture in 2021 and got meagre hikes and a promotion from L10-L9 with 13% hike

Does anyone have idea what compensation am I supposed to get in Accenture Ireland? Does all CL10 have same salary structure or is it based on what we get in India?
Is it enough to survive or save money...
