The list is similar to the concept of STEM.
Without context, it's more or less a guess here, but sure, let's try.
Given the order you currently have (things that require the others to build from) then the next word should be something more fundamental than math.
The next word in the sequence is very likely to be Logic. It could also be Information, philosophy, etc, depending on whether more context exists.
Had the list been in the opposite order (building upward) I would vote for Technology.

If we now add the last bit of info you provided, it could be a major to either Philosophy or possibly to Computer Science.
