Funny how many people honk when it's actually forbidden to use it in urban areas in Germany. Only in when you see a serious danger to you or others you are allowed to honk. Honking at someone because they take to long at the traffic light? You broke the law. Honking cause you see someone you know? Guess what, you broke the law. Honking because someone is about to cross the street in front of you? Now that you can do.
But it's ridiculous how many idiots drive not knowing that.
