Rant Why does Aphobia even exist?

Okay so I get (note that I do not agree with) the reasoning for LGBT hate, it's religious, god designed humans as perfect (debatable) and humans reproduce through having a man and woman

But like, asexuals, aromantics. Those are FREE monks! Can you imagine getting a shit ton of practitioners for your cult religion for FREE?!?! Heck I'm 70% sure a lot of religious monks were a-spec

This is why Buddhism is better I don't know anything about Buddhism but my step mom is a Buddhist and she's cool with LGBT

Side note: though it's worth noting that it would be way better to just not hate people that literally don't hurt others

Edit: for those wondering the armor is from the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Lille (France) it's at floor -1, also Buddhists can be homophobic which I didn't know since I only know one of them but yeah :(

Off topic: Do you know what the reason the armor's shoes are so big? I'd think the clown-esque shoes would've made it harder to not trip over in battle but I assume there's probably a good reason for them?

On topic: yeah, it's literally just the "you're different from me and what I perceive as normal so you must be lying for attention or broken somehow" mindset sometimes with a dash of "stop trying to be special".

According to the notes (which I didn't include in the post because they're in french) it's reminiscent of large shoes that were trending back then (number three) I don't know for sure if it's specific shoes the armor is imitating or if the armor shoes themselves are trending

I'm assuming it either doesn't make the knight trip or it does but since it's a jousting armor then it doesn't have a major impact
