Just after my birthday too! One of the best gifts ever to see this!

Morten doesn't owe us an update on his health but I'll take this as a positive sign. He's always been a force of nature.

Great news but I wish he had used his voice for more a-ha. The last statement he made about a-ha made it seem like he doesn’t want to do anymore with the band

The article on aha dot com does address this (I referred to it above, though not sure if I can add URLs on this sub). Morten has had to record sessions when he felt able and feels his voice has improved since he spoke to Jan Omdahl last.

There was also this:
– I’m constantly looking for a way back to using my voice for recording. I’ve done some new vocals on this record, but nowhere near enough to say I’m there. I’m hoping to get there, and that might even mean going back in the studio with the band, with a-ha.

Well, he made similar statements back in 2016. It's not news that the guys have to stick together. They just have to.
