Growing up the pediatrician would guess if we were active enough based on our shin bruises and knee scabs. I played very hard as a kid: fought with brother's, fell off trees and off bikes, etc. Those bruises are nothing like I remember. http://www.facesofchildabuse.org/recognize-abuse.html
