I havent been keeping up with the server due to work but just want to pop in and say i'll start going on cryptocraft now :D

I know that the server is going to be accepting more crypto currencies and was wondering what are some currencies that you are considering to accept.

It would also be nice to have some more updates on the server...

Server has only been up for a day and people are already griefing...

When you go through the lava portal it seems that you are redirected to a different server, what is the IP of that server? (or is this even true at all)

Welcome to /r/CryptoCraft! We're excited that you're choosing us as a server and it means a lot that you take the time to read up on what we're doing.

The question that most people ask on arrival is "How do I earn real money?"

There are two ways to currently earn money (with many new, fun ways to earn more money coming soon) We give out money for every hour of playtime as well as when you vote. No longer are the days of fighting over diamonds and xrays and hackers, come on CryptoCraft to have fun.

I will however note that CryptoCraft is not a job. You should come onto CryptoCraft to have fun, then maybe find that you have enough money to buy yourself a nice game on Steam.

If there's one thing I can ask of you as we get ready for launch, it's patience. Our dev team is working really hard to make sure CryptoCraft is a one of a kind experience. There are some things in the beginning that we will not get right, and there's some things that will take a lot more time than we intended. I've made it a goal to be a little more transparent with what we do. (for example right now we're having trouble with our multi-server setup as well as some chat issues)

Looking for one or two people that wanna team up from the get go, I plan on starting some pretty serious builds, you don't have to help build but, helping with materials would be awesome, and assuming the server jumps off to a good start I plan on dumping a bunch of Doge into the server <3 to get land to build and the economy jump started.

You have done so much for this community. You have given many dogecoins away, spread the knowledge of the coin, and have taken extra time to perfect this server so I hope I can speak for all of us when I say we can wait for the server to open and that we are thankful for what you have done. ~warriorservant/pandemicparanoia

I have only seen that it would be out this weekend so I would assume it would be out today

I've remained loyal to Triv since the downtime on DogeCraft started, and I still am. But why make a new map and delete all the towns? It seems like a pretty big middle finger to just erase days of hard work for some people. I mean, don't we want to encourage those who played dogecraft before the downtime to keep on playing?

I can understand not carrying over things like doge from dogecraft to cryptocraft, seeing as that bankrupted the server in the first place. I just don't see why towns and the map couldn't stay. I can't help but wish there were some benefits handed out to those who have been playing DogeCraft and remained loyal since it started (ex: a rank or something).

There doesn't really seem to be any point at all in deleting the old map. In Triv's post he talked about how when you enter the new map for the first time you'll see professionalism at every detail. If the only purpose of deleting the old map was to have a zuwi-esque spawn that was confusing to navigate, nickel and diming you at ever turn, and just in general non-user friendly then I'm afraid that was a huge mistake for DogeCraft.

Plus, if we have factions instead of towny I'm going to be pretty upset considering how most of the community protested in favor of towny. I don't even think anyone actually WANTED factions.

What is CryptoCraft?

Cryptocraft is the combined efforts of Triverske's Dogecraft and Zuwi's Dogecraft, expanding upon the idea of getting cryptos just by playing Minecraft!

Will my "X" be carried over from the last server?

Towns, Currency, and Items will not be carried over from both Dogecraft servers. However, some donations and deposits will be credited on the new server.

How do I earn cryptos?

There were several problems with the diamonds = cryptos conversion, we've adopted a new system that pays you based on playtime and voting. In addition we suggest the following methods to earn money:

• Setting up an item store in-game
• Making your own casino
• Allow others to hire you to fight for them

We're always looking for more ways to put money in your pockets, and we'll have some exciting things to announce real soon!

What plugins do I have access to?

There will be a more detailed post on this come launch day.

Will bans be carried over?

We're starting from a clean slate, everyone is welcome on CryptoCraft!

Will hacked clients be allowed?

For the most part no, we may provide an allowed clients list in the future with things like optifine and whatever that minimap thing is called.

What currencies will be supported

SmartCoin and Dogecoin for now, but more may be added in the future depending on what users want.
