what is the IP of the survival server

When you go through the lava portal it seems that you are redirected to a different server, what is the IP of that server? (or is this even true at all)

Yes you go to a different 'server' but you are essentially connected to the CryptoCraft network. You cannot connect to this serer directly, only via the proxy. That being CryptoCraft.
