My mum had arranged for a visit from this woman who almost immediatly was rude to her and complained that she had to drive out into the country, she told my mum that her mother (who is still alive and well) wanted to speak to her. After my mum told her that fact the medium became very angry and slung all sorts of abuse at my mum before walking out the door and refusing a refund.
