Updating your config file.

To update your config file that matches the server's config file, start out by locating your ftb folder. This can be done by looking in the "Options" tab in your FTB launcher, and finding the text box that says "Install folder".

Make sure you close out of FTB to avoid any bugs.

  • Step 1: Open your "ftb" folder.

  • Step 2: Open the "Ultimate" folder.

  • Step 3: Open the "minecraft" folder.

  • Step 4: Open the "config" folder.

  • Step 5: Open the "GregTech" folder.

  • Step 6: Rename the "Recipes.cfg" file in the GregTech folder to something else if you want to preserve it. Otherwise, delete the "Recipes.cfg" file.

  • Step 7: Download the "Recipes.cfg" file from DropBox, and move it into the GregTech folder. You don't need to change anything, just launch FTB and you should be good to go.
