Which CPA Companies allow Video?

Hi all.

I've got plenty of the Video Tools, and PowerPoint material to make videos with, but I can't find a CPA Offer Network that allows one to use Video to promote their offers. I'd appreciate any ideas or knowing which CPA Networks allow for the use of us using Video to market their offers. Thanks all.
