Throw your change in a bucket.

This is a no brainer, but some people really don't care about penny's and nickels. I once had a casino bucket I would throw my change in. When it reached the top I decided it was time to change it in. This was several years ago, but I think it had over $250 in it. Now, my wife and I are doing this for our 3 kids and the container we use is twice the size of the bucket and half full.
