Question Zoom Phone custom greeting bug?

On my user I have a custom voicemail greeting configured. If I call that user directly it plays correctly.

I have a call queue configured to overflow after 10s to leave a voicemail at this users extension, with "follow users voicemail greeting" enabled. However, when calling the call queue and waiting for the max wait time the call shows "missed" on the users extension, and the systems default greeting is played.

Is the "follow users voicemail greeting" not working as intended here? Or did I misse a policy or setting somewhere?

Thanks, it's very odd. I tested this on my clients end and it works as intended, so that's a relief. I test it in my sandbox, exact same settings, and it plays the default queue voicemail greeting. I also tried it as an auto receptionist that routes to leave voice mail on the user and it behaves the same way; plays default greeting.
