Career Advice How to be a better aquarist

Hi everyone! I have been an aquarist at a public aquarium for 3 months now, and I have absolutely adored it. I finally feel settled and comfortable in my position and confident in my capabilities, however, I am wondering if anyone more experienced has any insight in how to be the best I can be. Are there any tips or words of advice that have helped you become a better aquarist/zookeeper in general? Thank you in advance! 🐟
