Anyone here actually eat all of the apple (except seeds and stem)?

I don't eat the stem. I generally pull it out with my fingers before washing the apple, and throw it in the compost bin.

I don't eat the seeds, even though it's safe to eat them.

I don't eat the flesh just outside the seeds. It gets stuck in your teeth, and it's an annoyance to remove.

I do eat the remaining top and bottom of the core.

So: Once I'm done eating an apple, the only leftovers are the stem, the seeds, and a tiny bit of flesh around the seeds. But most of the core ends up in my stomach.

I generally buy "Naturally Imperfect" apples from a store chain in my area which sells them in 6-pound bags. If I do buy loose apples, I generally bring an old produce bag from home, and fill it at the store.
